Auckland Networking Event

Kia ora everyone,

The Meteorological Society of New Zealand will be hosting a networking event on the 10th of July from 5:30pm to 8:00pm in Auckland at the NIWA office.

Come join us for an evening of networking and connecting with fellow professionals and students in the field. We will have a few talks, some drinks and nibbles. This event is a great opportunity to expand your circle and share ideas.

This will include several short five-minute presentations – please email me if you’d like to do a short presentation.

Please do come along, it will be an awesome evening! Please feel free to forward this invitation to others who may be interested.

Students are more than welcome to attend, and it will be an awesome opportunity to hear about research in climate, meteorology & oceanography.

Food and drinks will be provided – vegetarian options will be available. Please let me know if you have any dietary requirements.

This networking event is aimed to connect people working in areas relevant to climate, meteorology & oceanography ranging from policy to research.

Note, the new NIWA office is at 82 Wyndham St (across the road from the previous one).
